Quick and dirty Chook

This is nothing special. Just a relatively short exposure of IC2948 I did last night before the clouds rolled in.

Cheers

Steve

Star colour looks good Steve, although maybe a little too cyan in the blue.

The red of the Ha is always tough to control I have found. The red looks good but just a little too monochromatic. Certainly better than my rendition of 3199 with RGB and Ha though.

Overall from my own perspective I think it looks ok, but I would want to do more to it.

Fair enough Paul. I'll have another look at it. I was hoping to get more data but the weather has turned bad again. I agree with you about the Ha. I've always found it tough to blend in properly.

Yes more data will give you the results I reckon. It can be quite frustrating trying to get the blend right.

Certainly vibrant Steve. Good star colours but I tend to agree with Paul re the cyan.

Overall though, it's a lovelly image and I enjoyed viewing it.

Darrin...

Thanks for the kind words Darrin. The version up there now is better I think than the one Paul viewed but I guess there is still a bit of a cyan problem
