Light pollution over N. Sydney

It might please some of you that due to great effort over the years SOLIS, and Sydney Observatory, finally succeeded in talking North Sydney Council into doing something about the outdoor lighting on the office towers. Council one week ago agreed to develop an outdoor lighting policy. Hopefully that policy will be similar to that of Sydney City Council's that was implemented, with no small input by SOLIS, in year 2000.
My image taken before and during Earth Hour shows how badly some action is needed in order to protect the night sky which we all have a right to be able to view,
especially us amateur astronomers.

That is a very significant improvement during Earth Hour. Now to make it permanent! Very good photos and thanks for your hard work Ken.
