First Light - Sun with DIY Solar Filter

We finally have clear sunny skies.

This morning was my first chance to test out the new solar filter cell and I could not resist taking a photo. I know this is early days and at the most basic level of AP, but with some more practice I will hopefully be able to get some really sharp images of the Venus Transit.

Lots to learn.......advice gratefully accepted. Thanks for looking.
