CS3 -Paint Brush-Tool palette-Foregroud color

Hello I am Playing with Jay Gabany's Layering Image Contrast-LCS.in photoshop CS3-one of the Commands is -Select Paint Brush Tools Palette -making sure its foreground Color Is set to White.My Question is How do I set The Foreground Color to White . Tony

While in paint brush mode, press D. This resets the colours to black & white. Now look at the 2 colour boxes down near the bottom of the tool bar, black will be foreground & white is background. Just click on the "little bent double ended arrow" to swap them around. Voila, white is now the foreground colour.

The letter X will also swap your foreground and background colours.
