First HaLRGB

WARNING! This post contains another image of the Rosette Nebula

But I am chuffed with this.

I collected some LRGB data last night (12x5minutes L, 6x5 minutes each R,G and B). I had a couple of test shots using my new Ha filter from last full moon. I also had an hour of Ha taken with the iTelescope service in New Mexico.

After much fiddling today, here is the result. I do need to investigate how to post full size data online - thats a task for another day.

Used Tak FSQ106 and QSI 583wsg from light polluted Sinnee.

Will gladly accept any comments/criticisms.

Pete

A very good photo Pete, especially coming from Sydney's dirty skies.

I like the colours.

Ross.
