email thread replies very very slow?

I have been noticing that between 12-24 hours later i have been getting the replies from people who relpy to the same thread as me or one i created? Any clues as to the delay, I used to get them within a few minutes of a reply?

I noticed that yesterday but today it's back to normal for me.

Your tpg ISP is bouncing emails from iceinspace, for some reason. I'm trying to find out why.

can't be my mailbox i have 20meg available

No, it's not mail full error - TPG is rejecting it for some reason.

would it be a spam filter thing? i haven't set one up with tpg? I will say though this started to happen when the site was upgraded, I thought it was one of those "new" features not in the manual and that it would be worked out. but it got worse prompting this thread and question .

Ok I disconnected the spam filter setting that TPG has automatically put on my email account, I will see what it is like tonight!

Mike did you get the email I sent you with the tpg requirements. looksas thought your server is not communicating with theirs and therefore rejects the emails as spam

yeh got that, working on it. Will try and change the reply-path of the IIS server emails and see if that helps.

Thanks Mike, you must have done the trick by fixing it yesterday to accept the ping part! Works like a dream now. Wonder how many replies I missed out on. LOL
