Mars - January 19, 2012 - RGB & Ir sets

Mars from January 19, 2012, in different filter combinations.
Olympus Mons and cloud top can easily be seen and also the surrounding plateau.
Clouds on the left covering the other 2 main Mons, Arcadia Plantia
is also covered in clouds (lower left).
The polar cap has an irregular weird feature in it.

Great images Freddy.
Have you been imaging there when the ground starts shaking?

Cheers

Hi Freddy
You are getting some great details there - I will have to revisit Mars to get an appreciation of the features we see in your pics!
