The moon, at.... Noon?

Went out on a visit with a colleague this morning, and looked up to see the moon still hanging in the sky at half past ten. Approaching noon, Luna is still there for all to see.

We couldn't quite work out why we'd never noticed this before, until we realised... We live in Melbourne!! It's normally always cloudy
