I was there in May 1990 shortly after an earthquake so not the best time to visit.
Nice place.
Wikipedia says <i>"This is anticipated to help the nation boost its economy by doing business with
China,
Australia and
New Zealand. Currently, Samoa is 21 hours behind
Sydney, but the change will mean they are three hours ahead."</i>.
But still there are a few hours time difference that won't change due to geographical location.
Some day the whole world will apply the same timezone and only differ in 'business hour zones' due to geographic locations.
E.g. Samoa business hours (UTC) 21-5 hrs, Sydney 23-7 hrs, W Europe 8-16 hrs.
