Zap cap with dovetail mounting brackets

Hi All,

I recieved my kendrich zap cap and went to put it on the scope, it covers the accesory mounting screws on the top and bottom of the corrector ring of the lx200 ACF. I want to mound a dovetail system and the zapcap at the same time, has any one elso encountered this and found a way to get around it without piercing the dew heater?
