Mercury at greatest East elongation

Managed to get some video of Mercury at greatest elongation yesterday during the daytime.

The conditions (seeing and wind) were not so kind this time as they were for the last eastern elongation (back in July), so I did not get as much detail.

This is a stack of about 600 frames, DMK21AU04 camera through a #25 Red filter, C11 scope.

Thanks for looking.

Yes, seems to get less attention than it deserves.

Well, it wasn't really high wind, but I was a bit nervous with an 11" scope pointing that close to the sun and the wind blowing the sunshade umbrella over a couple of times!
