My DMK 21 of Jupiter

Hi

I may as well post this as it is the only way to learn. I think it looks good as one of my first goes at a tri colour image processed in Registax 6 with only wavelets adjusted 1 and 6 39.8, 2 and 5 19.6 and 3 and 4 10.4. I really have no idea what I am doing but am glad I had a crack at this. Scope was a C8 Celestron with no powermate, just the diagonal. I managed to get about 1000 frames each colour but think I need to get an electric focuser as this was hard.

Any feedback welcome.

Mark

Thanks. I am using a very old 12ys celestron C8 and the winding focuser has that mirror shiftevrytime you focus. What type of electric focuser should I get. I've seen some for like $80 at myastroshop.

I found that an electric focuser made life a lot easier and was a great investment. As for the image, it's a good one and I love the colour you've achieved.
