Lord Howe Widefields

My wife and I spent a week on Lord Howe in August, which was awesome, it's such a beautiful, peaceful place. Of course, the skies are nice and clear too.

Here are a couple of snaps with the camera on a Gorilapod on the grass. Only very minor levels, basically as they came out of the camera.

Lovely Jason. LHI is a great spot! I was there about 7 years ago.

Nice work, Jason. I've always wanted to visit LHI. I get a kick out of seeing the LMC/SMC in wide field photos... probably because I spend most of my time in the inner city.

Thanks guys.

Yes, it's good to see the LMC/SMC, I too don't see them at home. They were visual to the naked eye over on Lord Howe though.

Cheers,
Jason.
