Letter to Backyard Blitz - what would you write?

Desperate?, well yes. Lifestyle challenged?, yes. handy with working with tools? err no. Does your wife like your handiwork? No way. Ok after I have answered the basics I figure I am a candidate for a BB makover, now how do I make a winning application?

Any help people, ideas or suggestions?

If you had a dob, you could tell them you suffer from dobbers back, a rare and untreatable condition that only gets worse as the years go on. And whilst they're at it, a nice sirius dome next to the water feature and dracaena marginata would be quite fitting (for the mrs of course)!

They'll probably plant some nice 60 foot trees all through your backyard. Sky? What sky?

Bring back Star Trek!!!

Oh about your yard.

Dear Jamie.

I am an upstanding member of the community who volunteers 300+ hours a week to helping others (sic; www.iceinspace.com.au). So much so that I am a total physical and emotional wreck. I am finding it more and more difficult to help the community as when the poor and destitute are invited over to look through my 15 different telescopes they are unable to get around my back yard due to the 6 foot high grass. I despirately need help in accessing the areas of my back yard where trees don't block my view and the sky glow doesn't wash the sky away. I also need some comfortable concrete pads for people to sit on and maybe a small shed with a roll of roof. That way when it's fine we can sit out doors under the stars and when it starts to rain we can quickly roll the roof back on to protect the despirately underprivilaged (me). Oh and if you could, would you do something about that terrible glow to my south/southeast/southwest. It really upsets the visitors.

Humbly yours
Dave "I loved your last manpower performance ) h0ughy
