Andrew, the simple answer is no.
There are many people asking the same question every week in NSN, Cloudy Nights, and the Yahoo Groups.
So far, no-one has been able to crack a way to do it.
I even tried for several weeks

The difficulty lies in the fact that the LX mode is a Long Exposure, not an integrating build up of Video.
There is probably a way to set it up through programs like ManyCam where you could display the image after it uploads each image from the camera to the PC then show it on NSN, but all you would be doing is Broadcasting a still image every few minutes.
If you click the LX switch off and use the ToUcam as a webcam you can do live broadcast on NSN but then you are limited to Planets, Moon, and stars.
No DSO's.
It's only about $150 for a Samsung camera that will allow you to do up to 256x integrations that give a live image.
