Solar filter question
Hi
I would like to know if it is possible to get solar filters for my 8" Meade, I have been looking at the lunt and daystar filters. I would like to know a few things. I have a PST and I would like to upgrade.
1. What type or resolution can I get at higher magnifications? I would like to get nice views on at least a 12mm eyepiece.
2. What’s better LUNT or Daystar?
3. Is it worth, or just buying a solar telescope.
4. Cost
5. Anything I else I need
I know that Daystar can be a pain to setup but are the views of the sun worth it?
