Just been having a little bit of fun rewriting some song lyrics to make a funny verse out of them. I'd been doing a little bit of family tree snooping on my Scottish side of the family, so I thought I'd use Andy Stewart's old song "Donald Where's Your Trousers" for the example....
I just come down from the Isle of Skye
With busted teeth and a big, black eye
But you should see the other guy
Donald's got some broosers
Let the wind blow high
Let the wind blow low
Carved him up with me auld claymore
All the lassie say, "Oh no...Donald's got some broosers"
I deliberately misspelt "bruises" to sound like he was saying "broosers" as in "troosers" in the song
