Hyperstar V1 for C14 Telescope $390

This is the original V1 hyperstar setup to suit the C14 (Not the Edge model).

The Hyperstar turns your C14 into a F1.9 system for imaging and allows sensational images, even unguided as you can capture images up to 20x as quickly!

A great system if you would like to images DSOs from your C14.

$390 or best offer.

It will not fit the Edge HD models of the C14.

It will fit any other 'standard' C14, but if your C14 does not have fastar compatibility, then you need the kit from Starizona that I think is about USD$350.

This is the original Starizona Hyperstar, so it does not support large size CCDs or DSLRs. It can illuminate up to a 15mm circle, so something like a ATIK 314L+color or Starlight Xpress H9C would be your best bet. It was designed for the SBIG 237 so that would also work.

The important thing is the size of the fully illuminated area it provides. This differs from one model to the next and is important in matching the Hyperstar model to the imaging sensoryou want to cover.
