vdB130 is boring so....

..... I thought I'd image what is near it (at least from our
perspective). This image needs more color data to make it smoother and
richer but weather does not permit. And yes, trying to bring out these
faint nebulae in such a star rich region of the sky is a pain!!!!
Also, I need to play with NGC6888 so more. I am not too good at adding
NB data to RGB.

Best regards,
Tom

Very nice bright and vibrant image Tom. I am surprised you have problems adding NB to an image, I thought you have done a great job of it. Your stars look great which seems to be the hardest part of adding NB data.

More colour data will definitely add that extra oomph but as it is, it's very nice.

Brilliant piccie, Tom. The colours are exquisite

I like the more natural look of the stars in NB.

Wowowow! This is so cool! I love this deep red field. The crescent is familiar but it's always shot on its own. I had no idea how it fits in its surroundings. This shot is astonishing. Really nice.

Wow - that's a very busy part of the sky. Nice job as usual Tom.

Cheers

More nice work, I have a preference for the lower image, hard call as I like the star colors, but I think the way the o3 data stands out makes it a close winner.

As always Tom, another excellent photo.

Such detail and you bring out the most amazing natural colours.

Thanks.

Ross.

Thanks everyone. I found this area quite difficult to manage -- so many stars that get in the way of what I am trying to see!

Nice colours and well balanced image Tom. The NB data seems to work well too.
