Thumbs up Two Aussie drivers in this weekend's F1 Silverstone

This weekend's race at Silverstone in the U.K. will see two Australian
drivers on the grid, namely Red Bull's Mark Webber and the F1 debut
for 22 year-old Daniel Ricciardo from West Australia, on loan from
Red Bull to the Hispania Racing Team.

Qualifying session coverage starts on One-HD at 21:30 AEST Sat 9th July 2011.

I am sure Australians will want to wish Daniel the best of luck this weekend.

Webber polls P1

Mark Webber polls P1
Vettel P2
Alonso P3

Ricciardo didn't seem to get a chance to get a good run in before the
rain shower began and will start on last place on the grid.

Have just been watching qualifying too , Webber and Silverstone seem to be a good match. Looking forward to the race tomorrow night, this years racing has been more interesting than the previous few seasons, still have reservations about some of the rule changes though.

He has been doing well in the 1st practice sessions on fridays with a top 10 place.
There was talk he would replace Alguersari at STR-Ferrari which would have been a better drive as he has a lot more time in the STR than the HRT (Pity its not Holden Racing Team)

Other than Qualifying Ricciardo was quicker than his team mate Liuzzi (how has a lot more experiance)

Espcially this new one with regards to the throttle on during braking. How can they say jo Red Bull they can run 50% throttle under brakes at the start of the weekend then change it befor qually? I think Mclaren were only allowed 10%.

Its not like it was a new concept this year, they have been using it for years for various reasons.
