Mike Salway speaking at SASI, this Thursday night 7th July

Hi all

For those in the area, I'm speaking at the SASI meet this Thursday, 7th July starting at 8pm. (Sutherland Astronomical Society, Oyster Bay, NSW).

I'll be talking about IceInSpace - the history, the future etc.

I'm sure you will enjoy your visit there mike, the people at SASI are extremely hospitable to guests to the club

I will always have a soft spot for the first astronomy club I joined!
Pity I will miss you there, I'm headed back to Perth tonight unfortunately.

Hey Bart - it wasn't a paid event, I was just invited to come and speak at their monthly meeting.

I don't think anything was recorded, but I'm happy to turn some of it into a blog post of some sort and make it available online. I'll need some time to work on it though, flat out and too much on my plate at the moment!
