My little Astro Verse

Every time I got together with my ASTRO Buddies
and saw their wonderful warm IIS beanie's I moaned
and mourned my lack of a warm head
I saw how comfortable and able to concentrate
on the task at hand they were
Viewing all those wonderful sights at our dark sky site

But that is all in the past I now have my own IIS beanie
and though I still have the ugly mug to display I think it
is an improvement and it keeps my WIGWARM

Thanks Mike and IIS

Cute poem Warren, and I'm very glad that you have a warm head now with that very trendy beanie.

I surprised myself by buying a cutsy little beanie for myself as well recently (I've always been a hoody person- it's a hair thing ). The thing was, the day I bought it, I couldn't find it in the shopping bag.
I went looking for it, hmm... where could it be... and THERE it was... on a tea pot . Hubby fished it out of the shopping bag. Just helped himself didn't he... He's defense was that he reckoned the tea pot would get more use out of it as a tea cosy. He nearly got a knuckle sandwich with his cuppa that day...

A Beanie in Mackay.

I think I'm missing something here.
