Adding catalogues to CdC

I downloaded the latest (stable) version of CdC today and then tried to add one of the catalogues (DSO) provided on the CdC site.

It seems as though there is meant to be a header file (*.hdr) somewhere amongst the files after the downloaded file is executed, but I can't find one.

I probably haven't explained this very well - but does anyone have any tips for adding a catalogue please?

Chris

Is this Windoze or *nix?

Which DSO catalog? Some of them you just tick the box in the catalog selection window. There are .hdr files for most catalogs but I think there are a couple that don't need one.

Thanks Andrew, you're quite right: all I had to do was tick the relevant box. Tonight I experimented with turning on or off various things to see how it worked. Not quite as smooth as I was expecting, but still reasonable. I was also hoping to find a hand tool to drag the sky around, but I couldn't find one.

Thanks again,

Chris
