Can you stack powermates??

Is it possible to stack say a 2X 2" into a 4X 2" powermate to get F32 from an F4 newt?? Just curious if it's possible to stack them.
Regards
Stephen

Yes, you can. I'm not sure if you'd get to focus with a newt by doing it, but the initial answer to your Q is yes, certainly.

Hmmmm
Good question!
The telecentric design may complicate issues...
I have all the TV powermates but have never thought of trying to stack them...sounds like another small project to add to the growing list.

may find that the magnification level will be too high and will experience and very heavy atmospheric issues.

Please do. Those 10" and 12" GSO F4s are very tempting and I'd love to know if it was possible. They've got 50mm of focuser travel and that will probably be the issue.
