another spider

Hi,

I'm not into photography, but thought i'd try a few shots with my canon 1000d.

this was at night, this spider had a huge web pretty high up between two trees.
how on earth does it lay its web between to trees at that height? there's no room for it to swing either.

i'm guessing this is a common one in most people's backyard.

Great pictures and glad I haven't found one in my backyard.
