I captured my first solar flare - 22 April 2011

Hi all

I have been imaging the Sun for many years and today I captured my first solar flare - yeah!
The image (no. 1) is not that remarkable - the flare just shows up as a mass of white and this one lasted for many hours.

The attached graph peaks at a similar time when the image was taken.
