NGC2997 Galaxy
Managed to grab NGC2997 from Saturday night. Some issues with filter reflections and would have liked extra signal to make my processing life easier
but its the best version of have managed of this galaxy to date.

Not bad Ted, not bad at all. It's a hard galaxy to process actually but you have done a fine job

Thanks guys for the comments. Agree it is deceptively more difficult object than you first think.

A very nice image. Love the stars. The core area may be tamed a bit further with shadows/highlights tool in Photoshop. May be worth a try.

Thanks Greg, the core is quite stubborn but have marginally improved the burn out zone.
