antares with 50mm
had a second go at antares last night with my cheap 50mm lens.total exp 46 min 50mm f/2.8 iso 400 with Orion 2inch sky glow filter. cc welcome

Very nice Shane. A bit of a tweak to the contrast lifts the dark dust trails quite a bit. I hope you don't mind, I had a bit of a fiddle.

I like it Shane. Been waiting for Antares to reappear - favorite part of the sky.

Have to agree with Daniel, I think it's terrific!
Am also interested in how long your subs were and how you set up and guide etc?

8 and 4 min subs. camera attached to the guide scope. cheers mate
