Anyone heard from Omaroo (Chris)?

I've been trying to get in touch with him for a few weeks now... Can anyone PM me his telephone number? I had it, but can't find it again.

Baz.

Hi Barry,
I know Chris has been away the last week.
Try him again.
In the meantime I will contact him and let him know that you wish to speak to him.

Cheers, John.

I still haven't heard from him. He's not been on facebook, IIS or anywhere else on the net in weeks.

What happened to the post where someone said they'd looked at his last activity on IIS which was only a day or so ago? Why would that have been deleted I wonder since it appeared to have been a useful comment?

Because the person who posted it has decided to delete it.

Hi Barry,

I met Chris at the Macarthur Astronomical Society forum last Monday (20032011) and he seemed fine. Can't explain his absence on-line but he was alive and apparently well a few days ago.

Best,

Les D

Hi everyone. Apologies for the lack of communication. My family and I have had a rough trot the past few weeks, medically speaking, with one of my best friends (mother in law) going into hospital for about as complex and serious an operation you can have. I've been up in Lightning Ridge helping her and her husband out setting up their business for the year while she's recovering from the 16 hour op.

Coming back I've been immersing myself in work. I'm not finding singledom easy, and need to concentrate on fitting 36 hours into a 24 hour day. It's getting better over time, but geez everyone - protect your marriages and relationships... please!! The stress and loneliness isnt worth not doing that. I was in a self-induced state of exasperation so needed some time away.

Sorry to cause worry. It's nice to know that some do.
