Yeah, that happens every now and then. It's like as if some stylesheet hasn't been applied properly to that section of the site.

Oh yeah, get that all the time when my craputer / internet fails on me. Generally follows 100 googolplex years of waiting for the page to load, and thus consequently associated with a deadly rise in blood pressure and desire to annihilate said craputer with an AK-47.

Good answers

All 3 of you, take yourselves to the nearest Hardley Normal store and tell the sales person that you are 1 of the the 3 winners in the 'My page is stuffed' competition, and ask for your 42" Plasma TV prize

Be funny if they gave you one

It happens to me as well
But then again my computer is steam driven and has to get up enough pressure to move the valves to change the screen, which can take any time from minutes to hours

Sorry Jen, Ron, and JJ.
As good as your answers are, it's too late. The 3 prizes have been awarded

Please take yourself to the nearest Police Station and hand yourself in for trying to win after the closing time

Tonight, my internet is being a sluggish puncy toss.... I am considering ordering some horse manure and fertilizing my computer's inefficient brain with it with the dry hope of flourishing some improved performance.

My bomb of a computer also has developed a new variety of retardation, that is restarting itself without warning. It's a new thing, and perhaps the most irritating on my list of reasons of why I hate computers.

That happens when the stylesheet doesn't load in time (CSS) after the page content is loaded so it's not applied. Does the same thing with pictures occasionally. Fast broadband is more susceptible to this kind of glitches.

Wait til it requires formatting every few weeks and decides to freeze for no reason whatsoever at random intervals. Not to mention I would have to wait 10 minutes for Photoshop to open and a following 5 minutes to perform any simple edit after that. It could take me up to half an hour to do a quick selection Why I got a Dell is beyond me

Thankfully I learnt my lesson and I now have a custom made beauty that opens up Photoshop as fast as lightning and never buggers out on me!
