Thumbs up Interesting Research

I've come across some research that you may find interesting in relation to Astronomy.

You might already know that blind people have a 24.8 hour day rhythm and have trouble sleeping. Could this be true for others who have trouble sleeping too? Do we all have this 24.8 hour day cycle? Perhaps there’s more we need to know about the moon and its impact on our sleep patterns.

Visit www.blindedbyscience.co.uk so take a look if you have some time. It was recommended to me at my club. Start with Chapter 3 called 'Sun and Moon'. It is free to download.

Any thoughts after reading? Would be interested to hear them.
