A Road, A Bird, People and Sunsets, Pics of Our Journey

Hi guys, well Alice and I are still in Balingup WA, it was such a nice place we decided to stay longer, it will be hard to leave, but tomorrow Monday we head off toward Bunbury on the West Coast and from there !!!

Anyway along our journey we have taken heaps of photos and I would like to share a few with you.

1st. is the start of that big flat road across the Nullabor.
2nd. is an Ibis taking off from a tree very close to our camp site.
3rd and 4th. Alice and Myself while visiting the Valley of the Giants (trees) near Manjimup.
5th. is a early morning scene around our camp site.
6th,7th,8th. Sunsets and Sunrise along Perry Beach free camp site

Hope you like them, thanks for looking.

Leon

Oops nearly forgot, this is our own princess of the Desert, we had planned to do it in the middle of the road, but the Road Trains were a bit bigger and faster than us.

Lovely little corner of WA. Leon you might as well head towards Margret River and Augusta once you get to Bunbury. Lots to see and do down there and the scenery is stunning. You have to love West OZ sunsets too, they don't get much better even more so if you look over the ocean as it sets.

Cheers

Mark

Leon you must do the Caves Rd drive between Yallingup and Augusta and stop at all 63 odd wineries

http://www.wineweb.com/scripts/searc...garet%20River/

while you are at it in the Margaret River region (get Alice to drive) also check out the friendly giant stingrays at Hamelin Bay (they are protected although one was speared and killed by ignorant b...s recently) you'd think they'd realise when they'd come up and feed from your hands
