Really, so very sorry that delivery was a little late - especially since it was a birthday present!
The main reason for the delay was the system change we're going through,
but there was also a few days worth of a delay on both your orders due to PayPal holding the payment for security checks.
That said, we'll definitely work hard to make sure we have processes in place to improve our systems. I understand that someone from Customer Service will be in touch with you soon to follow up as well.
