I am having problems updating my satellites, etc from Voyager.
I get an unable to download file mesage.
I tried re-registering and got back an unable to connect message
I have sent an email to support but had no response.
Yep - what a complete and utter shame. At least Tim is out of there and he's doing well with SkySafari. Hopefully he'll resurrect a Mac and Windows edition again one day. I'm not counting chickens though...
Ha, and I thought I was the only one.
I am with Chris, at least Tim is onto it.
I wrote and tracked down someone by the name of Marilyn at sales@carinasoft.com and she was most helpful, eventually.
Try that. MIne is working again.
