Delta Scorpii Occultation 3am 25th Feb

Hi all,
Just a heads up for the occultation of 2.3 mag Delta Sco at 3am AEDST tomorrow morning, disappearance on the bright limb, reappearance at 4:16 am on the dark limb.

If anyone is watching i hope it goes well!

Woohoo, i recorded the events on video and now all that is left to do is to reduce the obs.
A bit of fog around, it came in 30 mins before D and fortunately i was able to secure a good video on it regardless.

Quite nicely visible here in Sydney at 17:20 UTC. Some transient cloud but it stayed away for the emergence. A star of 7th magnitude emerged about 1 hr later (18:24 UTC).

Thanks to Dave Gault for the heads up on the occultation.
