a few bits :Bino's, Kendrick heater, red dot, Off-axis guider, UHC-E 2"

ALL ITEMS SOLD

I have sorted through my spares and found items in need of a good astrofriendly home. I simply don't have scopes that use these items anymore.

Prices include postage:

1. [SOLD]Andrews Brand Bino's (WO copies), with 2x 20mm 5 element 68 degree FOV eyepieces. In perfect condition. I would recommend larger scopes for a full appreciation of what bino's can do for a 3d view. Asking $140.

2. [SOLD]Kendrick 4 port dew heater. This has had a lot of use and still works fine. I had to get this repaired recently. It was my backup dew unit, no longer needed. Asking $40.

3. [SOLD] Red dot finder. Plastic fantasic, rarely used, came with a meade mak-cass I no longer own. $15

4. [SOLD]Orion off-axis guider. 2" draw tube, with T piece adapter fittings, takes a 1.25" guider. As new, used once. Asking $100

5. [SOLD] UHC-E 2" Astronomik filter. Asking $110

For more info see http://www.astronomik.com/en/astrono...-e_filter.html for a comprehensive description of what it can do. This would be best suited for 5" scopes and smaller, suitable for larger scopes if contrast is not an issue.

cheers

Mark

Dan, 'tis an unfortunate alignment of having a motorised EQ mount, ED80 and having just acquired a DSLR - I hope to not become seriously infected and hand guiding might be a good preventive strategy...
