I have a surplus case that came with my Stellarvue SV70 ED scope. It's as shown here:

It would probably also fit 72mm scopes such as the William Optics Megrez 72, perhaps with a bit of 'shaving' of the inside foam. Smaller scopes such as a 66mm should also fit with room to spare.
The case is made of lightweight hard plastic. I don't need it as I keep the scope in a photo backpack that also holds all my eyepieces and other accessories.
I've just moved house so don't have time to find my tape measure, etc but you can work out the specs from the Stellarvue website:

Local pickup preferred (lower North shore) but may post if necessary. Asking $30.
Note that after Friday I'll be away for 2 weeks on a work assignment.
