I'm tipping this will happen. The "Muslim Brotherhood" (what a joke), will try and make a run for control of the country...although that depends on how far into the armed forces they've dug their claws.
Anytime where religion and politics gets mixed up with one another, trouble comes everyone's way.
In which case, be prepared for an influx of Coptic Christians from Egypt.
The next year will be a test of just how "free and democratic" Egypt really is, or turns out to be. Given that part of the world's propensity for going off the deep end, I doubt either word will get a say in edgewise. But, we may get lucky.
Freedom and democracy are states of mind that I'm afraid much of the world haven't caught onto yet and most likely wont for quite some time to come.
