Beautfull shots - especially the horizon differentiation.
Since this forum is wide open on the net and you want to maintain copyright (actual and practical) may I suggest that you post only low res' images (already done) with your copyright watermarked. A grdiated w/mark makes it very hard to remove / replace.
Yeah I am with you there, but the image is copyright per se. Meaning I don't need to place watermarks etc. If I find someone using it for personal gain I can institute legal proceedings.
But don't want to bring my own thread down. I am just informing.

Post it - no watermark and it is effectively public domain - See how search engines work. And 'steal' - you have never control C'ed an image on the net?
But then - that IS the beauty of the net - a sharing of information. So be careful about what you place - email is better for private transmission (with encryption). Net - is W-I-D-E open.
Kearn, your right copyright is only workable in the commercial sense. However, just imagine if someone wants my work bad enough and decides to steal it and then sells it to a publishing company. Assuming they can get a big enough image (which I never leave anywhere) and the company starts using my image thinking it is someone elses. One day I see my image in a shop. This is the start of a copyright case. You need lots of money of course.
Yeah Davo you have to be very careful about accusing someone of copyright breach. Remember if you decide to accuse someone, make sure you have good proof and expose them privately, not on a forum. If your wrong, you could be landed with a defamation case. Most likely not generally, but there is always that chance.

i would love to catch someone trying to do something with rumples shots, gee it would funny to watch them get the you know what beat out of them by a quick thinking lawyer!!!

Thanks Ving, mighty nice of you to say so. Hence the reason why I got invited to exhibit Australia wide this year.
Stinky ( I cannot take that name seriously) the Australian Act is pretty specific about copyright, we are not like the US at least in this regard. So long as I can prove I was the first to express this image in its material form I have copyright. That is very easy to do. I have the orginals in safe keeping. However, this is really a moot point, I don't make any big money from this yet and if I ever did I might consider other ways of protecting my work.
