Down and out ..
Woke up this morning after an excellent weekend of 12 km montain hikes, good food and wine and some serious shopping.
With the real deal, gen-u-ine, no bull Flu ! 
I ache from top to bottom, sore throat, hot flushes, hot itchies, thick head, the works. Went to Doc, she said that's the week for you, here's a note. Now I like some time at home to do some stuff that gets missed but I've got absolutely no energy at all and all I want to do is sleep. Can't even think straight to plan the next project or modification. At least it's cloudy so I'm not missing viewing time.

Well at least you got a full weekend in before you got sick!  What do you say!  I call that good timing  (I'm Miss glass is half full  ).
Brent, take it easy and rest,  rest, rest. Here's hoping you start to pick up very soon. Wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery.

Why is it that our wive's don't get how deadly serious the Man Flu is?
Just because they push out watermelons, we men-folk don't suffer excruciating and dibilitating ailments that would KILL lesser life forms?

Uhmm, as I like the smell of strawberries and it will give my cheeks a healthy glow, I'll perhaps choose the Jelly option. That's on my plate of course. We are talking about spoon fights naturally. Seriously though - rest up and don't push it, Brent. I've at least twice tried to keep going through similar illnesses and it's only made it worse! Hope you get well soon.

Heck, I'm kin stay at home and get abused, I don't need to come here for it .. !!  (Nah ! Jest jokin' that one, my gorgeous lady takes good care of me )
