free stand alone popup killers

hello all

i am after a free standalone popup killer that works with firefox (ive got one in firefox)

anyone using one here they can recommend ?

Used a previous version of this with older browsers before I started using Firefox.
Found it to be pretty good but dont really understand a lot of what it does.
