warning: shampoo and conditioner don't mix

Whatever you do, don't put shampoo and conditioner in your hair at the same time. Your hair will fall out.

I've been conducting an experiment for 15 or so years now. Back when I was in my mid-20's I put conditioner in my hair without first washing out the shampoo. Now, after 15 years I have proof. I'm nearly bald on top. Just consider myself lucky my head didn't explode with such powerful opposites coming together.

My father must've done the same experiment back when he was younger too. Poor guy is also pretty thin on top.

Yeah, I did the same thing, only on the front half of my scalp? Now the hair is nearly all gone there!

In the name of efficiency, I mix shampoo and conditioner and have no problem maintaining my locks, now somewhere half-way down my back.

So that's what went wrong.

I used to have locks like H around 25 years ago, almost down to my belt line at one stage but it's all gone now.

I have a plan though , I'm going to grow my beard into a giant Ned Kelly style and then get some Brylcream and do a comb over.

Cheers

Been there Ric.

Unless you like picking insects (alive & dead) out of it for hours each night after riding a bike, don't bother

Just use a bar of soap. I got hair on my head, arms, legs, chest and some of my back ( just not the spots I cant reach!).
Since when do men use conditioner anyways?

I'm pretty safe there Ken, my wife isn't overly keen on beards so I'm lucky to have the one i've got.

You sexy thing H.

Hairy or bald, who cares, I don't, so long as you wear it with style.

Serves you right
I have never used shampoo or conditioner. Just soap and water. I am 76 now and still got my hair (although it is not as thick as it was once)

Well I have been doing some research on that very subject.
My findings revealed that every person in 1890 that washed their hair have all died.
So losing a bit of hair is not a huge problem.

Oooh! I just had a BRILLIANT idea! Based on Troy's very scientific findings, I might rub shampoo and conditioner on my BUTT for the next 15 years!! I hate bum fluff!

Baz.
