Wow.

Good tight contest with so many great entries. I will be keen to see what the final result is with three leading contenders at this stage.

What an exciting round !!!

Congratulations to Chris (hotspur) and Leon, they're our winners this month, both with very fitting entries to the theme, well done guys.
Can you two work out between you what this month's theme will be and post it here when you've decided.

Well done also to DavidTrap and Esseth, our runners-up.

A terrific result all-round, well done all.

Well done Gents,

To quote Maxwell Smart - "Missed it by that much!"

So Leon, what's the new topic?

Well done Leon and Chris, and you really pushed them David. I don't think there was a 3 way tie before... would have been history in the making .

Well done everybody for their efforts and great entries.

Hi Guys Chris and I have decided that the theme for this month should be, "BRIDGES OF THE PAST" something in the form of old rail bridges, or others not in use anymore, or some still being used.

Although my pic is not a entry, this may give some idea of what we are looking for.

Happy snapping.

Leon and Chris

Yeah, bit of a shame,DT 'missed it by that much',would have been great to have a three way tie.Great entry David.I thought the frozen watch would have been a front runner,Certainly a great theme.

I will leave Leon to open the curtains in this months' theme.

Congratulations Chris and Leon on your win !
Great photos for the theme.
Well done to DavidT with the Polar Bear and Esseth too, loved the Shibuya Crossing shot.

Interesting to see everyone's different interpretation of the theme and great to see so many participate.

Love it Leon, I won't edit the typo, I think leaving it as is would make for a very interesting round.

hmmm... there will be people running all over the place looking for brides on bridges to go past, or brides going past on bridges, perhaps...

Good choice of topic IMHO. There are some great old bridges around if you like to look.
