OH bugger if we spent the same money on building a colony on the Moon and Mars it would be great I mean the money is going to be spent anyway on spying and they already have satelites that can read your newspaper. I don't know what the budget is but I would bet it is a big one. I reckon it would be better spent on learning more about the Universe than learning what our neighbours on Earth are doing.
