I have a dozen or so similar, but decided to enter the one taken in Belize earlier this month, during our first overseas vacation, mainly because of its social context - no welfare, minimum wage 5 dollars a day. As the driver said, if you don't work you don't eat. These people were doing what they could. Guess that's why cruise companies get away with paying their cleaning staff $20 a day and work them 12 - 13 hours a day, 7 days a week for 6 - 7 months, seldom seeing outside of the ship.
