TAKometer instrument rotator for 4" Tak focuser

Here's something you don't see every day...

These are the mechanical parts for the 4" Takahashi focuser Astrodon TAKometer instrument rotator.

This setup includes the specific Astrodon driver CD, and uses a RoboFocus system to turn it.

As luck would have it(!), I also have a Robofocus system for sale in the Accessories category - or you can use your own existing Robofocus motor and controller.

The TAKometer retails at $895 US, with everything. Minus the cost of the Robofocus system new price = $426 US. However, since I am selling the RoboFocus part separate, I am asking just $200 Aussie posted for all the TAKometer bits you see in the photo, ready for installation onto your Takahashi 4" focuser, which means TOA150, TOA130F, the FSQ's, and probably others. Measure your focuser!

Remote instrument rotation is key to achieving that fully automated remote observatory!

Payment by PayPal please. Please email first to confirm sale: robert_greaves@bigpond.com
