Thanks to you all for your best wishes.

I am in the throws of building a new telescope, designed and optimized for planetary imaging. Have had a beaut day working on my new scope and enjoying the Black Forest cake that my wife made for my birthday.

When I am a little further down the track with my scope I will post a thread on it. Reckon I have had the best possible birthday tinkering with things astronomical but now my son is home from school its time to kick back and get into more Black Forest cake with the family.
