2" Eyepiece & 2" Barlow x2 mag

Hi all,

I am also a newbie to viewing and have recently purchased my first reasonable scope. F7 refractor 105ap. I'm wondering if anyone has a barlow x2 that they may be interested in selling, and also a 2" eyepiece around the 25mm - 30mm mark for wider field viewing.

At the moment I have one eyepiece (Televue 11mm 1.25") and looking to slowly (cost permitting) increase my viewing capacity.

Thanks heath

Hi Heath,

Andrews sells the GSO Superview 2" 30mm eyepieces for around $59. They are a good cheap alternative until you can shell out bigger bucks. I've got one of these, plus its 20mm & 15mm smaller brothers, and I'm quite happy with them. I'm using these until I'm ready to upgrade too. They are no Panoptics, but at about 1/5 the price, will get you by nicely.

Cheers for this,

I'll check them out.
