CED214/NGC7822/SH2-170 Halph ultra resolution widefield

here's the other image taken this past weekend using the Pentax 300EDIF 6x7 format lens with the PL39000M camera and FLI Research Halpha. It is 11 x 15 minutes exposure

This is reminiscent of a question mark to me....

Very nice Richard, it cetrainly looks like a question mark to me.

Nice texture in the image too!

that is a great target for the Tricolor Emission Line method I developed beginning in the early 2000s.... Here's an older image of that same area I took from a light polluted suburban backyard back in 2005

the colors were described by one friend as "gasoline floating atop a glass of water"

Take a look and see what you think.

BTW there are several Plantetary nebulae in that image
