Rho Ophiuchi Region

Hi there,

For my first post i thought i'd show my most favourite regions of space, it has everything!! Globular clusters, A large Red Supergiant, dark and coloured different types of nebula and milkway dust for light years upon light years

It is just such a lovely area.

Here's the shot : www.theastroguy.com.au/images/RhoWeb.jpg

Kind Regards

shane

Thanks guys for the nice comments, it really is an awesome piece of Space that area, i love it!!

The shot was taken using an unmodded 40D which is positioned on the counterweight bar of my EQ6pro. The Main imaging scope and camera were taking a shot of M8 & M20 at the time being guided by a finder guider.

The Shot itself was 15x10mins exposure @400ISO.

Kind Regards

Shane
